The following terms and conditions of sale ("Terms of Sale") apply to purchases from Trinxy AB ("Trinxy") of an adult consumer ("Consumer") or company ("Corporate Customer"), collectively referred to as Customer ("Customer"). If there is conflicting information between an agreement ("Agreement") linked to a specific product or service, the Agreement takes precedence over the Terms of Sale. Consumers who shop at Trinxy are covered by Konsumentköplagen , Konsumenttjänstlagen and Distansavtalslagen .
In order for Trinxy to be able to fulfill its contractual obligations, the Customer must in connection with the first order made:
Trinxy will also use customer register information for marketing purposes. By accepting these terms, the customer gives his consent to this use of his information. Consent can be revoked at any time via info@trinxy.se .
Trinxy customer records are confidential. Trinxy undertakes not to pass on information in the register to anyone other than group companies or to any other extent than what is stated in law.
It is the Customer's responsibility to continuously update its registration information. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect registration information, the Customer will be charged according to the order values explained under the "Delivery" section.
The current price is the price that at the time of the order is stated on www.trinxy.se or in a valid quote. Trinxy reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Consumers within the EU always pay Swedish VAT while Consumers outside the EU do not pay Swedish VAT.
For deliveries outside Sweden, there may be additional import and customs fees.
For deliveries within Sweden, payment can be made against invoice or via bank / debit / credit card.
For deliveries outside Sweden, payment can be made via bank / debit / credit card unless otherwise specifically agreed.
In the case of payment against invoice, payment shall be made by the Consumer within fourteen (14) days and by the Corporate Customer within twenty-one (21) days from the invoice date. In case of suspicion that the creditworthiness is not sufficient, Trinxy has the right to demand payment by card or cancel the order.
The customer is obliged to ensure that funds are in the card account until Trinxy has made payment for the entire order. Should coverage not be available or payment for any other reason not go through, Trinxy has the right to cancel the order.
In the event of late payment, default interest is paid according to law (currently 8% per month) and statutory reminder fee of currently SEK 100
In connection with each order, the customer must read and accept these terms. All notifications must be made by e-mail. Customer undertakes to monitor their e-mail after placing an order.
Binding purchase agreements only arise after Trinxy has confirmed the order by e-mail. Trinxy reserves the right to finalize the order of the ordered product.The Services are delivered digitally as specified for each product or quotation.
If another product has been delivered than the one the customer ordered or the product is damaged, the customer must immediately via info@trinxy.se make a complaint and state the error .
Disputes as to whether the product is defective or damaged can be referred to the General Complaints Board.
In addition to what is stated above and in addition to what is prescribed for the Consumer in the Consumer Purchase Act, Trinxy is not liable for errors and / or delays and is not liable for any damage - either directly or indirectly.

Swedish law shall be applied to all purchases in accordance with these terms and conditions and disputes shall be tried by a Swedish general court.
Links on www.trinxy.se make it possible to also leave Trinxy's server. The linked websites are not controlled by Trinxy and Trinxy is not responsible for the content of such websites or the content of the links in such websites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Trinxy of the site in question.
Under no circumstances will Trinxy be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or any other damages resulting from the inability or difficulty in using computers or information, loss of information or loss of profit in connection with the use of our services available through Trinxy.
